Client Discovery
We consult clients to define success, including goals, challenges, and any other unique factors affecting the search. We create an individualized search strategy to address each client’s requirements.
Research
Our long-term, proactive approach to talent mapping allows us to connect with and nurture relationships with top leaders in the technology space, keeping our search consultants attuned to market trends and movements in the talent pool, while expediting executive candidate sourcing.
Candidate Evaluation
Our team conducts a rigorous assessment of each prospective executive candidate’s competencies during a series of telephone, online, and in-person interviews, ensuring we meticulously address all requirements defined in the Client Discovery phase.
Presentation
Our search consultants present qualified professionals to the client with a detailed explanation of each candidate’s alignment with the opportunity. We then coordinate the interview process between clients and candidates selected to move forward in the process.
Interviews
Once the interview process is underway, and prior to moving to an offer stage, we conduct background checks and any other required validations, such as criminal record checks, academic credential verifications, and personality assessments.
Search Completion
This phase includes compensation negotiations to ensure long-term success and satisfaction for both parties. Executives IQ conducts periodic follow-ups with both the client and the new executive to gauge satisfaction and progress even after the search is completed.
